Apartment rental rules in toronto - move from unit to another - do i have to sign a lease? - rental agreement toronto
Hello,
I live in an apt in North York 1 bedroom .. We have been here for almost 2 years. first year I had a lease. Now I have no lease. I intend to get a unit with 2 bedrooms in the same building, instead of only 1 bedroom .. Should I sign a contract for the new unit with 2 bedrooms?
