Pvc Card Printer Need Help With SCSI Interface On PVC Card Printer?

Need help with SCSI interface on PVC Card printer? - pvc card printer

I need help to connect a printer Datacard Magna badge connection. I was told that the connector on the back is a SCSI port. It is very small (1-LX1 / 4 "W) I have an Iomega HD cable necessary, but it is useless for.
What should I do, either parallel, serial or USB, what this kind of decision, are also calling in touch? HELP !!!!!

Yes, I believe only in his thinking as far as I can see is that the printer only has USB and parallel to it. I know of no printer currently using a SCSI interface is typically used for hard drives, tape backup, etc., and is considered relatively non-standard interface to a printer. I could not determine the type used in the parallel interface and do not list your specific model, but the description could be a mini-plug type C IEEE 1284 parallel interface. I would say go with it and try it.

If you are not a parallel port on your computer or a USB device I / F for connecting the printer you have and use a USB port on your computer, you can get a USB cable with a mini adapter parallel IEEE 1284 parallel. Some of these links:

Unfortunately, no USB port directly to mini C-type parallel cable. The only option is a standard USB port for IEEE 1284 Parallel have cable, and use a Centronics to Mini Centronics. Here are some links to Centronics to Mini Centronics Adapter for him and some of the kits, which include two parts.
