How do you prevent cramps when running? - tennis cramps
I started to run for tennis and swimming. I run a mile without stopping, but in the middle, I started to have cramps. I tried to drink water before I ran, but then I feel uncomfortable or feel like running water is "muddy in my stomach," as I walk. Are there other ways to prevent cramps when I run, if I can run longer without stopping stomach cramps?
